Função:

Plan, direct, or coordinate activities of hotel department that serves food and beverages. Oversee dining rooms, lounges, bars, and catering events, ensuring proper room preparation, including setup of tables, chairs, linens, table settings, and glassware. Hire, manage, and train staff in both technical and non-technical aspects of their roles, including creating and maintaining weekly schedules and communicating changes.
